“We loved our room with an incredible ocean view & private hot tub on our balcony! Linens, mattress, sofa, large TV, bathrobes were all excellent!! We also loved the Beach Club, Rooftop pool, bar & music! We were able to walk to everything (a plus for not wanting to rent a car or take a taxi everywhere. The location was the best! ”

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. “We really enjoyed staying here as it was our first time. We found the hotel to be well presented and in great shape all around. The staff was outstanding, friendly, and accommodating. “Our honeymoon stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica was absolutely unforgettable. The views from the resort is insane. Shuttles to the sister resorts (also amazing) were provided and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Food and drinks were so good! From the moment we arrived the service was amazing.
