“We love the location of this property! The food at Jacksons is excellent and has an amazing view of the harbor. We ate there 3 times over our 3 day holiday so you know its good food! We also shared a slice from Fold, they too make amazing specialty pizzas 🍕! The rooms and beds are comfy, the carpet should be changed out, it has been walked on a lot, but it is still very well kept and maintained. “Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Hotel restaurant was delicious. All staff were super helpful and friendly. Beach is right off of pool, down some stairs. Can rent chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas from the beach. The rental is through Clearwater beach but they have it set up where you can charge your room. They set up all the chairs in the morning. You find a spot, first come first serve, and they will come to you for payment. Overall great stay!”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“It was awesome we did the water taxis and the trolley right out of the front door just a little walk across the street. Although it was raining on our first night we had a great time in the downstairs bar with a great musician playing. Recommend the charcuterie board and cocktails. Next day was water day and evening trolley. Great time Service was incredible all staff was friendly and accommodating ”
