“Pool/sauna facilities over crowded. Extortionate bar fees. Conflicting information about availability of food at the bar, one member of staff said we could order up until 9pm, another said we couldn't order 'because there was a party of 40 in'. Very tight parking spaces. It was clean and tidy but no better than a Premier Inn because we were unable to use the pool and sauna facilities, which were the reason for booking this particular hotel. Would not book again.”

“Two minute walk to the lively restaurants and Bars, Hotel has its own car park underneath with a multi-storey across the side road. Enjoyed the relaxation at the hotel which had its own bar and restaurant and prices were reasonable. We would visit again.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my hotel room was not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable. I sent a message to report the issue, but although it was delivered, it was never acknowledged or responded to. Earlier that evening, I also informed the receptionist about the problem. I was simply told that there was no maintenance staff available, and no alternative solution or assistance was offered. While there was a fan in the room, it was only blowing hot……

“Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. ”
