“Me gusto la casa y las dimensiones. Por otro lado, los utensilios de la casa, referido a la cocina, eran deficientes. Una casa preparada para 6, aunque eramos 4, y no habia mas que 5 vasos ( y todos de distinto tamaño), un juego de cubiertos, faltaba una paella de tamaño grande...lo de sólo poder estar una hora en la piscina tambien mejorable.”

“From the start walking into reception staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure both myself and wife had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. “Our bungalow (Walnut) was in a quiet, peaceful setting with an open view across the lawns to a wooded area with 2 lakes, and a patio with sunshine into the late evening. Inside it was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and had a kitchen fully equipped for self catering. The management was friendly and responsive to our questions. The park is dog friendly, but you need to keep dogs on a lead on site as there are chickens and rabbits roaming freely. A lovely place for a short break in peace...

“Tucked away, this farmhouse is just superb! Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfy and the shower was the most powerful I’ve ever enjoyed! Kirsty and Neil are good hosts, ready to offer recommendations if asked, but will leave you to yourselves if you prefer. They keep pigs and chickens, which we were lucky enough to feed, and I can report that the sausages, bacon & eggs at breakfast were very tasty! Added bonus of homemade cakes left out, delicious! Thanks Kirsty & Neil”

“Gorgeous cottage with lots of character, low ceilings in areas but you soon learnt to dodge. All part of the character. Stair banister rail stunning character made from drift wood. All rooms on suite so no fighting over bathrooms and a jacuzzi bath downstairs. The owners were very welcoming and full book with instructions on arrival. As well as lots of ideas of places to visit. Fresh milk in the fridge on arrival and the added dry herbs etc in the kitchen added to the homely feel for the week....

“A very spacious , clean and functional cottage in a very quiet location. Flank by a dairy farm and small holding which had sheep, one cow with calf .. Cow gave us an early wake up call but that's rural life for you. Obviously place was COVID cleaned and loads of materials to keep it clean. Real shame the homely things had been removed but that was a sensible precaution, Great base for Tintagel, Boscastle, Widecombe bay and much more .. We only stayed 3 nights but left amazingly relaxed .. And...
