HOWEVER, entrance is complicated, we never did get a code for the pool gate, if we needed the elevator after 5:30, we had to wait for a resident to come along to open the door. Even after two calls to the help desk, we still were locked out of using the coding system. Great price for the clean room, but the amenities were zero due to the complicated coding of the lock system and the apps. We downloaded two apps, neither allowed us access.”

Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment.
