"We had a 3 night stay here while down from Chattanooga, TN while we were in Birmingham for Furnace Fest at Sloss on Sat and Sun. It was me, my 7 month pregnant wife and our 10 year old daughter and their safety was my NUMBER 1 priority while staying in Birmingham. We normally stay in Hilton or Holiday Inn hotels but everyone was sold out or insanely expensive due to Furnace Fest. I booked this place for a reasonable price well in advance and happy that I did now. The staff were all friendly and really helpful in person and over the phone the entire time. Our room was worth the price we paid, everything seemed to be pretty clean and no bad odors or anything. There were no homeless people or drug addicts hanging around the parking lot or around the area at any point during our stay that I could ever see. We drive a pretty nice 2019 Mercedes and it wasn’t bothered by anyone, even when parking around back. I felt that my family and car was pretty safe at this hotel the entire time and I never worried about it. It was a fairly peaceful stay. Everyone in rooms above us and beside us were quiet and never even heard them once. The breakfast each morning was fair and expected for a cheaper hotel stay. There was Cereal and milk, white/wheat bread and jam for toasting, small muffins, bananas and a waffle maker. There was coffee, bottled water and milk to drink. The bed was a bit on the harder side but overall we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again in the future!!"

"The entire staff was wonderful, especially the front desk. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices! My only complaint was the toilet—it was extremely loud when flushed and kept making noise throughout the night, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep."

"Good clean room with helpful staff in a very convenient location. That's hard to beat. The breakfast was also quite good for a hotel breakfast."
