"Was a good stay"

"The elevator was unclean. The staff was hard to understand due to different dialect. The room was clean , beds were hard. Bathroom dated with old bathtub and towel rack torn apart with the end pieces still in the wall. The kitchen was clean and nice. Air conditioner took for ever to cool room."

" Hotel.com was amazing absolutely no problem with you. But the clerk screwed up royally. I can not even rate them right now. It was totally one discriminar yes. When you speak another language with disregard to your customer in front of you to someone I assume his manger in the same language thinking your customer is a idiot dumb or stupid to understanding what you are saying in a different language is disrespectful perood. You do not know your customers knowledge period. So I understand and i recorded his talk to manager cause i made him fix what happened. I did exactly as he asked and it was very unpleasant experience and i will never be back and everyone will know what happened. Don't ever disrespect a customer. They were paid in full exactly as he asked and I'm not full able to discuss yet. I have a heart for all of humanity and multiple friends around the world never disrespect someone who is bring you business. I was very angry and it was absolutely nothing Hotel.com did. You guys were awesome. I've there twice in 3 weeks and both were issues. But this was aweful. He berated women and it rolled on. My husband was very upset. But i have proof of his language. And i have friends are very angry. But maybe tomorrow i will feel less hurtful. I'm hurt because it was wrong and disrespectful period to everyone but today it was me "

"Llegue más tarde de lo pensado, ya que se demoró mi bus, pero les tomó mucho tiempo hacer el check in, creo que la chica estaba aprendiendo. El cuarto estaba súper cómodo. Pero no explicaban mucho, como que vi el horario del desayuno en el papel del desk nadie me dijo, y cuando fui a desayunar la de la cafetería pedía un ticket y nadie explicó que había que pedir adelante para luego poder desayunar lo que si fue raro, digo me estoy hospedando porque necesito un papel para entrar. Después pregunté por hacer un late check out y me dijeron que no era posible, porque debían limpiar el cuarto!"
