“For the price of the room, none of the outlets or the USBs worked by the bed. It was the smallest "queen" we have ever slept in. The ice machine did not have ice either morning we tried to fill it before our tournament. There was a cooler with "complimentary" bagged ice but eas empty the whole weekend. Tried calling the front desk multiple times during the weekend and I was on hold for 15 mins before even speaking to someone. When I pay this much for a room, I at least expect the bare minimum……

“I liked that it was close walking distance to the Fieldhouse for the Fever game. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean all in all. It was a good overnight stay except… Our room the air conditioner was not working. It was 80° sleeping and I felt like we were at the races from the outside traffic speeding up and down the road other than that, it was a nice place.”

“Everything was clean and well kept, these may have been some of the best beds I’ve ever slept in. Everything was so comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again.”

“I stayed here with my husband and children as we wanted to stay a night in Indy to visit the zoo and children's museum. Although it's a little outside of the city it was a perfect location. We enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast. Room was very clean and the hotel was as well.”

“This is a clean hotel with pleasant staff, however I’ve been here twice and nobody both times has been there to valet. Also, when I got to my room the door was left open, but overall good stay.”

“Great location. Would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Biggest beef with the units is that you have no control over temperature of the room. The thermostat doesn't do anything. I contacted the property but they said the building controls the heat/AC. It was hot and stuffy in the apartment. Made it hard to sleep”
