“The hotel was really lovely. The rooms and facilities are all well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help.
The one thing I would urge people to consider; if you are in a room with an adjoining door to another room, perhaps only stay here if your family/friends are on the other side as you can hear everything. ”

“reception and cleaning staff was very helpful and nice. the room was spotless and was cleaned every afternoon. would say that it is in the hub of where all the nightlife is, so if you’re sleeping earlier, there is a lot of noise coming from the streets. ”

“The pictures in my opinion on the booking sites are nothing like what we were given. The room was dirty - cleaners only empty bins and wash out drinking cups with water, there is no deep clean even when we requested this twice - bedding was not changed.
The food was really nice
Staff are polite but it’s ashame the guests aren’t - no please and thank yous and they seem to walk into you! ”
