“Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“This is one of the best hotels that my husband and I have ever stayed in. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Check-in was easy and they were very helpful in helping us figure out excursions and restaurant recommendations. We stayed in the two bedroom hotel room with ocean views and a balcony. The rooms were nice and big with one large bedroom and one smaller bedroom that overlooked the ocean. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned everyday. We were able to prepare……
