I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. Sie sind abgewohnt, einige Dinge sind sogar defekt oder reparaturbedürftig. Mit einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hat das leider nichts zu tun. Einzig schön war der Blick vom Balkon über den Pool bis zum Meer und die kostenfreien Parkplätze. Das Personal hörte sich unsere Beschwerden zwar an, aber wirklich passiert ist nichts. Immerhin hat man uns nach 1 Woche eine andere Unterkunft (Ferienwohnung) auf dem Gelände angeboten. Lt. Beschreibung gibt es 2 Pools, der eine ist allerdings abseits vom Hotel die Straße hinunter. Beide Pools haben keine Sonnenschirme, weshalb sie tagsüber (zumindest im Sommer) eigentlich unbenutzbar sind. Der 2\. Pool war zum Teil wegen Baulärm ohnehin nicht nutzbar. Der Tennisplatz in der Beschreibung ist auch vor Ort noch ausgeschildert - es gibt aber keinen mehr. Dafür sind dort jetzt 3 Volleyballfelder. Die Bezeichnung als Resort täuscht auch - das hat nicht viel mit einem Resort zu tun. Der PC in der Lobby zum Buchen von Mietwagen etc. funktioniert nicht, was das Personal aber nicht weiter interessiert hat. Man hat den Eindruck, dass hier Umbauarbeiten während des laufenden Hotelbetriebs stattfinden. Der Preis hatte 4-Sterne-Niveau, der Rest leider nicht. Some updating is required especially in the hallways to the rooms. Rooms are updated and beautiful. We needed a light replaced and a slow water faucet to be fixed. The reception is very helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable about the island. Molto bella la zona piscina e la vista che si può godere dagli appartamenti vista mare e piscina in cui consiglio di alloggiare. Quelli al primo piano hanno un patio con accesso diretto in piscina, mentre al piano superiore sono più grandi e dotati di un bel terrazzo vista mare. Personalmente non consiglio le camere con vista giardino. Ottima colazione varia e di buona qualità. Ristorante interno all'albergo provato solo una volta a pranzo molto carino e valido. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati bene e mi sento di consigliare la struttura sia a chi vuole esplorare l'isola come noi, sia per chi preferisce rilassarsi in albergo.
