“A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. ”

“The spa is fantastic, large choice of treatments. The hotel staff are very helpful, I had a problem with the TV and it was sorted out straightaway. Rooms are good size with lovely toiletries and refreshments.”

“The hotel was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was nice and big. They have an essence spray as you walk into reception that weirdly just makes the whole place feel inviting. We stayed for two nights to go to a local club and we did a Spa day at the hotel's Y Spa on the Saturday which was brilliant.”

“門外有工程令酒店外觀失色。晚上有貨車回收，有點吵。 借餐刀要收€5.- 比只牛油果還要貴。 早餐的餐廳服務員像魂遊，例如：經理帶位去到沒有位。不只一次忘記放茶匙，問了3次也拿不到。 深夜警鐘大響，住客狼狽出房但沒有人跟進。”

“I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.”
