“The stay was okay, the restroom door wouldn’t close in the room we were in. A microwave would’ve been nice to have in the room but no biggie. Overall it was decent.”

“Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid”

“Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! ”

“The staff was great and super accommodating to all requests. The breakfast was amazing. The check in/check out process was easy and the room was just as pictured and well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful place!”

“This was a bait and switch by the property owner or manager. They never called to give us the information to get into the place so I had to reach out to them right before hand. They answered the phone as if they didn’t know why I was calling or that it was a business at all Then they switched the property that we were supposed to have to a different place that looked nothing like the pictures from the first place of course and the house given to stay in was a very old house that was attempted be……
