All staff were welcoming, although we felt Josh & his team in Terrace bar went beyond to welcome. A wonderful vibe with all staff.. room spotless, bed super comfy, spa very relaxing ”

Great high tea, breakfast and evening meal. Stunning estuary views from lounge/dining area. Great cisy place place to chill.”

Nice and traditional building with good experience. Good breakfast and condition that we really enjoy staying there for 2 nights. “james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!”

“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”
