“I booked a family suite which include 2 bedrooms( one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other bedroom with a twin bed) in that hotel for 9 days. “I had an awful shock when I arrived at the hotel and the reception manager said I had to pay AGAIN at FULL price as there was something 'wrong'with my credit card, even though Expedia had taken the cost £935 from my credit card over two months ago. Totally ruined my holiday and my partner was in tears . Either Expedia gave the wrong payment details to the hotel or the hotel accounts mis-keyed' Expdia's payment details onto their computer which then passed the wrong number to their reception...
