“We had a lovely stay at this hotel - the rooms were well proportioned and the beds were very comfy. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and specifically because it had the waterpark. Unfortunately, the water park was closed for 2 days which was a shame as there isn't much else to do at the hotel. “I would rather be given what I paid for rather than be treated nicely by staff after having had to complain. Booked two rooms, both had to be changed because they were not what were expected. I communicated with the Hotel about the need for two twin rather than one king bed and they would only say 'subject to availability'. On getting there, there were no twin beds. A complaint to the manager resulted in changing our room to one with twin beds the same night. So it was possible but they couldnt……

We had a lay over in Doha for over 18 hours so we decided to stay here so we can enjoy the pool and the beach. It is only 8-10 minutes away from the airport. The staff were super kind and helpful.
