“Wir waren 9 Tage dort. Wir hatten die Suite mit Pool gebucht und es war alles perfekt. Zimmer waren sauber, Pool sauber, die Hotelanlage sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr hervorzuheben war das gesamte Servicepersonal die sich um uns Gäste beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen gekümmert haben. Sehr nett, sehr aufmerksam und flink. Am Essen hat es uns auch an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Fünf Sterne plus ⭐️”

“We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. The advertised bathtub did not exist, the shower area was extremely slippery and our son slipped twice on the first day. The balcony opened directly onto a busy parking area with virtually no barrier……

“Di certo non è una struttura a 5 stelle. Sin dall'arrivo si nota l'assenza di assistenza, nessuno che gestisca le valigie (le devi portare al piano della stanza salendo le scale, due bagagli da 20+20 kg. non è piacevole). In camera per il bollitore, in una settimana non è stato mai sotituito un cucchiaino (fornito in plastica) per usare zucchero o simili. Le stesse condizioni dell' arredo sono un po' vetuste, senza cassetti o armadi per riporre gli abiti. A pagamento l'uso dei lettini sulla……

“Lovely resort with water park which keep kids busy and entertained. It has its own sandy beach and several pools to relax. Food with good variety and of good quality. Overall we had a great stay and we recommend it for families”

“Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Very good hotel,rooms are a good size with decent balcony not overlooking the pool which makes it nice and quiet. The food was enjoyable and decent quality. Friendly and helpful staff especially reception and bar staff and rooms cleaned every day. Overall very good place for a relaxing holiday. ”

“Pool area was very nice water was clean. Restaurant staff very attentive welcoming you Helen the cook and Alex and the other ladies in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner had many selections of food. Enjoyed the greek night with live music.Room was outdated. Overall it was a very good stay.”
