She handled my check-in in a very professional and warm manner, took care of everything smoothly, and followed up several times during my stay to ensure everything was perfect. I didn’t mention that I was celebrating my wife’s birthday when I made the booking, but when we returned after dinner on her birthday, they had prepared a bottle of wine and a cake for us!
