Is a nice boutique hotel with good location to shipping area in lisbon. However, the staff may need to pay more attention to the guests: i experience the room not being serviced at 3pm even i put on the cleaning sign at 10am, bathroom amenities not being refilled, etc. On the other hand, swimming pool is nice, and breakfast is good.

Overall, this was a fantastic stay - particularly as it was the first trip post-lockdown. The hotel is lovely and the staff were great - particularly Eduardo in the bar next to the pool. The hotel has several measures to help make you feel safe - sanitiser on arrival and masks in all place except when bathing around the pool or eating in the bar/restaurant. We had two rooms (a Grand Deluxe and a Deluxe) both were spacious, beds really comfy and shower/bath facilities great. There are USB chargers next to the beds for the phones. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool is great. Downsides; the pool area is a little slippy and we had noticed this on several reviews before - something probably needs doing about this as it seemed someone would fall each day. The drinks are a little expensive but as you'd likely expect. No topless sunbathing allowed even in the cabana beds and the beds were in high demand - again as you'd likely expect.

Another guest stole our sanitised sunbed, verbally abused us and meddled with our belongings yet the hotel didn't even so much as have a conversation with them. We weren't offered any support, apology or compensation for our experience which we found unacceptable.

Great stay
Lovely stay, a perfect hotel in a perfect location. Our only challenge was that on busy days there are not enough sun loungers for the guests at the hotel which does create a problem with people reserving the beds with items and then not using them for long periods of the day. This was the only minor difficulty, and the hotel staff tried to address it with signage when we spoke to them about it. Brilliant hotel with great service though and would thoroughly recommend
