Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.”

“The boat is really nice and very clean. The staff is very professional, nice and very polite. They really did a great job to celebrate my husband’s birthday by decorating in the room and a special table and cake at supper. The manager, the assistant Manager Sarah, our server Tony were all great and very helpful. ”
