“Perfecta estancia. Muy buena relación calidad precio. No es tan maravilloso ni con el nivel de cuidado del detalle como otros hoteles de la cadena Taj pero su precio es también muy inferior. El servicio es inmejorable y hotel muy cómodo. Se hecha en falta un toque más histórico tratándose de un hotel emblemático de la época colonial. Pero muy recomendable sobre todo teniendo en cuenta su precio.”

“This is a very well situated hotel, near most everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic with a great variety of continental and local food. Their restaurants serve excellent quality food. We stayed for a week and didn't get bored with the food. The only negative thing is their pool. It's small and doesn't serve any purpose. No sunshades and within a very small area. We had a problem when we checked in, they gave us a room prepared for single occupancy,...

“Our stay was amazing at the Sheraton. The check-in was very quick. Mr. Bibin at the front desk was very polite and receptive. The whole resort was super clean and the all the staff were very kind and approachable. The evening high tea with snacks was arranged near the beach, with tables arranged along the beachside. It was lovely. The pool was at level 3 and very clean. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The dinner and the breakfast buffet were amazing with a wide spread of tasty...

“We had a fast check-in and the reception staff were really helpful. The bedroom, club room, was big and the bed was super comfortable. The only negative point was the size of the bathroom, a bit small. But all the amenities were provided. The staff and the food were excellent and made up for the poor location of the hotel. It was impossible to go out walking anywhere and you needed a taxi to get around.”
