“The staff were amazing- specially Veronica at reception- she was amazing and help my sister and I to feel at home. The staff care about my sister and made sure she got everything in place when she was leaving, as I left earlier than her. I love the bed time stories left on our bed! I collected them all great to learn more about Georgia. I wanted to give the lady who was doing that a hug as I really touched by her care! “As a frequent traveler, this is one of the best and most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. It offers beautiful views, spotless rooms, highly professional staff, an excellent bar with delicious coffees, cookies and snacks, and convenient access to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it!”

“Having sent a number of emails enquiring about an early check-in without response, we arrived at 11:30am, exhausted after an overnight flight, and were told, by the miserable receptionist, that we should have booked the room for the day before if we wanted an early check-in (@£200+!!). We were not even offered a glass of water or somewhere to freshen up. Not the kind of welcome I would expect from a “top” hotel. As such we, sat and waited in the reception area where I promptly fell asleep. Oh……
