“We asked for a late check out and even though the hotel was absolutely empty - (we were the only two people at breakfast in a room that could seat 100) the hotel still denied a late checkout (personally I think 11am checkout is too early) so we were charged an extra £20 for a 12pm checkout. When the room costs £500 per night this is totally outrageous. The hotel was empty so it would have been a nice gesture to offer a 1pm checkout given at most high end hotels 12pm is standard. Very……

“Amazing, spacious, well equipped, modern apartment in a great location for town and coast. Very helpful and responsive staff. A few very small niggles on equipment (2 small pans, no big one - meant pasta in two pans and sauce in casserole in the oven!) and facilities (no drawers in bedrooms, no blind in bathroom) means a 95 rather than 100% positive review - but we would really really recommend!”
