“Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. A special thanks to Pauline and Shivam at the reception. Both were very courteous and immediately helped us when we had to move our room. The breakfast is excellent compared to mainland Europe with the variety of freshly cooked food and fresh orange juice. The Club lounge is also good value, especially the wine and afternoon tea between 3-5pm. Overall an amazing place to stay in Malta.”

“Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair. ”

“Excellent hotel. Room was very spacious, modern and clean. Staff super friendly and lovely welcome. We had an issue with leaking water in the bathroom, phoned reception and 2 minutes later maintenance man came , then house cleaning came to tidy up. Great service. Would definitely stay here again”

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……
