“This is a beautiful, peaceful property staffed by the most helpful and friendly people. The reception is always manned with welcoming, knowledgeable staff who cater for your every need. The bedrooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The beds and bedding are excellent. Very comfortable and luxurious sheeting and pillows. The bathrooms are well stocked with toiletries etc and slippers and dressing gowns supplied. The restaurant is housed in a beautiful characterful room. Breakfast is buffet style……

“房间内床板非常陈旧，洗澡水温不稳定，房间内没有WiFi，孩子们第一天只给一条毛毯，要求加被子被告知没有多余的被子只有毛毯，而马耳他晚上室外只有12,3度，睡觉时开热空调也不健康。游泳池的水太咸了！大概是直接用的海水，游泳池淋雨设施很差，桑拿要预定并另外付钱。”

“Location: 5 minutes slow walk to and from the airport bus station. Surrounded by restaurants. 20 minutes slow walk to the Sliema Ferry terminal to Valletta and/or Sliema city centre. Room: big rooms, large size beds, decent TV screen, kettle, hairdryer, fridge, and excellent shower. Only thing to add is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. “Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window. Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning. There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud. Shower didn’t have a fan so the whole room filled with steam even with the window open. Overall a nice hotel with lots of potential, in a really good location, but……

“Just pulling up to the hotel from the outside was clean and tidy. Very inviting reception area and team were so friendly. The room was very clean and open (we were upgraded for my birthday) we had a hot tub. We had a sea view with a balcony. Easy to get to, bus route and bolt was easy to access and a 20 min drive from the airport. The breakfast area gave us a wide variety of foods but not halal friendly but plenty of vegetarian options. Fresh fruits and juices every morning. Room was made……
