“Rooms very high standards clean and well maintained location central and easy to access via car park .getting to and from reception breakfast area and rooms via lifts very confusing and difficult some clearer signage at lift areas would help .when lifts are working correctly ”

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“Prima volta in un albergo della catena Barcelò e siamo rimasti a bocca aperta. Avevo prenotato una premium vista mare ma al check-in mi hanno detto che mi omaggiavano per i quattro giorni stabiliti della suite più costosa dell'albergo e parliamo di 730 Euro a notte. In camera Champagne e pasticcini di benvenuto . O ci hanno scambiato per Carlo e Camilla d'Inghilterra o per degli ispettori Michelin in incognito... 50 mq di struttura al 15 piano vista mare modernissima con zona notte king size……
