"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "The whole experience at this wonderful hotel was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Such hardworking staff too, constantly rushed off their feet but nothing was too much trouble. The on-site restaurants were great, my favourite was Med-Asia (lovely Sushi) The pool was great and not too busy. We were kindly upgraded to a bigger suite which was fantastic. Comfortable bed and gorgeous shower. The rooms could do with a redo, new carpet/curtains as they were a bit dated. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a joyful time. "
