"The management was accommodating given the Expedia booking caused an issue. Because of their accommodation, I will choose this hotel over others again the next time I stay in Green Bay. While it may not have been their normal policy to accommodate, it was the right thing to do and the manager on duty handled it perfectly. "Rooms have been update but our room looked a little beat up. Hope in the bathroom wall from door hook. Also our room door was missing the security lock and you could see where it was ripped out of the wall. "
