“It was an expensive and most of all a fake reservation by Expedia. The hotel didnt know of any reservation. The hotel doen't have internet, no e-mail address. They only except reservations by telefon. I'll make a heavy reclamation at Expedia, once we are back from our journey through Ghana. We finally ended up in a hotel that suggested the taxi driver to us.”

“Location is great. Staff were phenomenal. Rooms are tiny. Some of the rooms are only as big as the murphy bed and extremely timely with no wiggle room. Rooms are not spacious and no bigger than the size of a cubicle. Parking is limited and only reserved for long term residents.”

“Nice hotel for a couple of days stay. Would not recommend for a long stay. Good location on very busy Oxford St. very expensive food, especially breakfast. Bed and pillows are extra firm. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful. One staff member was very creepy. He would undress me with his eyes. Very uncomfortable and I was glad to leave. AC worked well but towards end of my stay it got warmer until it just stopped working. Someone came to fix it……

“I cannot say anything negative but only positive. The room was immaculate, very clean and comfortable with everything you would require for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very tasty and me being a vegan, there were options for me. The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. The pictures do not do justice. I highly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to stay here again.”
