Welcome to this cozy, peaceful and intimate country oasis found on 24 acres of Canadian Shield. 5 mins to the Trans Canada Trail (hiking, ATVing, biking, snowmobiling, skiing, snow shoeing, etc.) about 20 mins to Bon Echo and Sharbot Lake Provincial Parks (swimming, boating, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, canoeing, etc.), 5 mins to Flinton Falls and 2 hours to Toronto and Ottawa. Surrounded by trees, flowers and panoramic blue skies, this pet-friendly, sun-filled, charming retreat features stainless steel appliances including a washer and dryer, 2 fireplaces (electric and propane), a farmhouse sink, butcher block counters, a walk-in closet, smart TVs, hard wood floors and an open floor plan. Enjoy the scenic views with your favorite drink when relaxing on the lounge chairs on the deck. Bring your ATVs, bikes and bicycles in the summer and snowmobiles, skis and snowshoes in the winter to enjoy the nearby trails!! Great stay, very responsive host
We drove in late, the check in process was smooth and easy as we were given the access code to unlock the door to the property, all pertinent details were listed in the welcome brochure. Lot to do in the area, hiking trails and the lookout on the property which provided serene views with local wildlife. The host recommended ATV trails on the property and in the vicinity (Trans Canada Trail), based on her recommendation, we brought our ATV's and we had a wonderful time riding the trails. If you want added adventures you are short drive from Bon Echo park. I highly recommend this location and property, very clean with amenities provided by the host, and everything is new including the property. I would defienetely stay at the property again in the near future, thank you Sadhana and JP for making my stay memorable.
