This was such a pleasant surprise see how huge the rooms were. The beds were great, the spaciousness of the room was great. I don’t gamble but enjoyed staying here as a roadtrip stop.

The vacation village was further out in the woods than I realized but appeared to be quite close to a couple of ski slopes. Joe at the front desk was very helpful, looking through the unreserved rooms to see if there was one that required fewer stairs, because there appeared to be many stairs for most of the units. Our room only required one flight of stairs and was excellent. We had basically a very clean, full apartment. A full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and a dining table for four were nice surprises. The room had a balcony overlooking woods so it felt somewhat more private and relaxing (although while driving through the village, I noticed that probably at least half the balconies is actually faced the road.) The bathroom was spacious enough for both of us to get ready for something at once. The bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed and a Jacuzzi tub for two. The whole village kind of spiraled around and down the mountain with the check-in up at the top, along with the indoor pool, outdoor pool, game room and other amenities. Our room was probably a quarter mile or more away from it so we didn't get to check it out on our overnight trip. We decided that if we ever get the opportunity to go again, we would definitely stay for longer.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The shuttle to Lot 6 was nice. The map was useless for finding things. Too many things were closed on Monday.
