“Our stay was a bit disappointing considering the price of the hotel. I thought the breakfast was included but was told by the front desk it was $30-40 per person. We were never given a clear answer so we went to town for breakfast. There are some nice amenities and our Superior room was comfortable with a large balcony. However, the floor needed to be vacuumed upon our arrival. Internet is spotty at best, if at all. The hotel is very dark inside and a bit uninviting. It is very family friendly……

“In the middle of a Reno update but our room was already done and was great. Nice and close to ice rinks. Kids loved the pool. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops.”

“It's a bit pricey for the time I go which is during the rugby tournament but overall the staff is nice and helpful. Great location, close to bars and restaurants. Not as expensive as other hotels in the area.”

“Property is beautifully designed. Looks like the lounge will be a nice place to relax once it is finished. Back patio was being utilized by guests enjoying themselves. Owners were kind and helpful, and accommodating with a request we made which was so appreciated! We will definitely return.”

“If was great for viewing the Ironman that my son competed in It was very clean, quiet, parking right in front of unit I stayed in Wish there was an ice machine Misunderstood thought there was dishes silverware etc and there was NO snacks”

“The location was great. Super close to the public beach and downtown shops. Parking on site was nice and allowed to just park and walk around. Check in is at a secondary location which is close by but we had some issues with the room not being available at 4pm as advertised. The apartment was clean and the bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen is small but allowed for making some meals in and not having to eat out our entire stay. They provided basic supplies (plenty of plates and cups) but……

“Property is gorgeous and convenient location. The place is very cute but our room was pretty dirty. Musty smell, cobwebs, dirty comforter with no top sheet as a barrier, etc. otherwise we enjoyed our stay.”
