The property is lovely and the staff was kind-though limited in their ability to resolve the issues. If you are looking for secluded, beautiful and restful, this could be the place for you. However it is located far from any town and further from many of the sites we chose to visit. It was billed as the “perfect location” from which to explore Tarangire and Manyara NPs, but in truth it is a couple of hours from either one of these. Further, they seem only to be associated with one company for game drives and that company has all of their staff and vehicles in Arusha, another three hours away! Having said all of the above, both companies refunded our payments for an early departure and a game drive misunderstanding. I did very much appreciate their attention to these matters and do not know of anything more they could have done. Food was very good, including our picnic boxes for the game drive we did do the day we left. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained including a lovely pool area.
