"We couldn't have picked a better home for our adventurous family. Agate hunting, tidepool viewing, and salmon fishing were our outdoor activities, and then back inside the well-appointed kitchen and spacious dining family room were perfect. Then into the movie room with the popcorn maker and reclining seats. Finally, off to bed in spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Thank you for creating such a wonderful home!"

"Great house, very comfortable and welcoming. The views are outstanding. Walk to the beach was a bit further than expected but not a deal breaker. The check out process was appreciated, not a list of chores to do before we could leave. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Fantastically convenient location with only 2 miles from the Gold Beach/ 101 highway. But it feels like a real country : no noise, beautiful green pastures/ hills with handsome horses grazing... just a perfect place for a quiet retreat while visiting the South Oregon Coast with easy access to the North California coast as well. A real, unique gem of a place to stay in the Gold Beach area !"

"The property was wonderful for my wife, our new-born daughter, and dog. While we got the opportunity to experience all weather (rain,hail,sunshine) we took full advantage of the outdoors. It was lovely, we hiked 5min down the road to the beach, we noticed tracks and animal droppings but sadly saw no wildlife except some birds. We didn’t get to enjoy the fireplaces as all the wood was damp, I would recommend bringing fresh wood! Luckily, central heating worked fine. The beds were comfortable and the overall ambiance of the home was spot-on. The One and only flaw it had was that the back door did not lock at all, no matter the configuration and if you are like me safety is #1 no matter where or how far you may be from civilization. Other than that, what a gem! Hope to be back some day!"
