We arrived really late, like 3am in the morning. And they lock the main door with a small window that says ring the doorbell once and wait. We rang the doorbell and waited for 5 minutes and no one came so we just kept pressing the doorbell and the gentleman who showed up was upset that we didn’t follow directions. It shouldn’t taken more than a few minutes to attend to customer who are checking in. Not to mention he was rude towards us for not following directions. We just stayed here to sleep for a few hours during our drive up to WA from SF, so it served its purpose.

At first I thought oh dear, but we ended up enjoying our stay here. No TV in room. We ate breakfast here, but dinner was a bit expensive for us. The view from the shared area was beautiful, our said garden view, but it was really of the parking lot, but we weren't in the room much so it was okay. We would stay here again.

Clean room

It could have been cleaner, we tipped any way. Little odd and ends like towels holders needs addressed. Please leave multiple days if someone is staying for several days. Thanks.
