“Shower water was nice and hot with plenty of pressure. Sink water faucet was either off or on full blast getting you soaked.”

“Clean room, indoor pool, we didn’t opt to use. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. The on site restaurant was very expensive and not that great, I would rate it at 3.”

“My family of three and I have stayed here every time we have visited Gold Beach over the past 4+ years. We love the location and staff and have stayed here many times. But I’ve been disappointed that the fact that the pool and hot tub never seem to be in working order. It ls advertised as having an indoor heated pool and spa but the pool is never heated and I think the hot tub has worked once in our at least a dozen stays. This past time, the room’s bath tub also didn’t drain properly. While……

“The staff was great, very helpful. I left two items behind and they arranged to have it shipped to my home so I didn't have to return and pick it up. My only complaint was the sheets had some black marks on them, very small, that my wife noticed. The sheets were clean, they had been washed. It didn't stop us from staying there but maybe the sheets needed to be replaced. Other than that the hotel was great. Very high marks for the staff and their helpfulness. “The place not worth the price ”

“When we got there to check in, nobody was there. So we had to wait in the parking lot while they were running their errands.”

“Understaffed (waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at reception), disorganized (gave us a room that had yet to be cleaned), and a little disingenuous (saud we didn't have to pay for the "better" room they put us in, which had the same amenities we had booked...). Floor was visibly dirty, but it was otherwise a comfortable stay.”
