Shower room equipped with a large shower, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms: \- A 140 x 190 bed \- Two 90 x 200 beds \- A 160 x 200 bed and an office area From the living room, access to a terrace and a balcony. Unobstructed view of the garden. Exterior: private wooded park of one hectare, private path in the woods. Parking on site. Baby equipment: Bed, bathtub and high chair. Charges on meter reading. Internet access via fiber. No pets accepted (fencing under construction). Optional: Private indoor 5-seater spa, fitted out in an independent glass room and accessible from the outside, available all year round. Rates for a 2 to 3 night stay: €100 and for a 4 to 7 night stay: €150\. Spacious and comfortable rental, very pleasant thanks to the unobstructed view in all the rooms. Nature invites itself into the decor of the cottage. At the bend in the park and the private path, you can observe the wildlife in complete peace. The accommodation is located near the castle of La Rochefoucauld and the Braconne national forest.
