“L'hotel est partagé sur 2 sites coupés par le parking. La partie "adults only" n'est donc pas en bordure immédiate de la plage. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien... Sauf que notre chambre etait en bordure directe de la route (séparée par une simple paillasse verticale) et donc environnement bruyant (bus, voitures, motos, sans oublier les pietons). Sauf que les personnes logées dans les chambres situées derrière la notre devaient emprunter un chemin longeant notre terrasse et donc……

“Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful. The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure. However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out.”

“Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones . Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited . Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status .”

No existe las toallas de piscina pagas 15 euros por toallas de depósito y cuando la regresa para el lavado 1 euros cuando pague por un todo incluido, me parece vergonzoso. La comida no es muy variada y calidad no era muy buena. Por otro lado, todo el personal del hotel son muy atentos y……

“We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. “We booked this hotel expecting a four-star experience and paid extra for the premium upgrade. Unfortunately, it fell well short. The biggest disappointment by far was the food. Breakfast was genuinely poor, and the buffet seemed terrified of seasoning. If you're coeliac, vegetarian or especially lactose intolerant, the choice is extremely limited. The Mexican restaurant somehow managed to remove every trace of flavour from Mexican food, we actually walked out without finishing our meal. We……

“Fantastic hotel at the edge of the resort. The staff were friendly and the food and drink excellent lots of choice and something to suit everyone. Our room was spacious the beds very comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us. Animation team were great over over powering but suited all ages. Enjoyed the location with a shopping centre next door an a lovely walk into the centre of the resort along the coastal path takes around 15 minutes. Close to the airport taxi just 15 euros. Will……

“Incroyable séjour. L’hôtel Adults Only est formidable et calme. La piscine est bien chaude et il y a de la place sur les transats. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable ! Attention tout de même… en formule demi pension l’eau plate prise au buffet à volonté est finalement par surprise à payer à la fin du séjour.”
