“What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. Free upgrade. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend ”

“Piscina riscaldata (coperta), cibo insomma, biliardo, giochi, campi per poter giocare (bocce, tennis, basket). Peccato in questi giorni (fine gennaio) c’erano lavori in corso intorno alla piscina, una parte era interdetta e l’odore della vernice durante i pasti (il ristorante è proprio lì) rendeva l’aria irrespirabile per mangiare all’aperto. Parti esterne curate, camere essenziali ma spaziose, tanti gatti per il villaggio (molto piaciuti ai bambini). Posizione strategica per le spiagge del sud ”

“Good: our bungalow was private and tucked away, quiet. Bed comfy Bad: had to kill a cocroach in the wardrobe, fridge didnt work, paint on wall was coming off, the property needed a lot of TLC buy was clean. Staff quite friendly, pool lovely, food mostly nice but sometimes cold. Loved the smoothies in the morning. Coffee good. Struggled to find tea spoons. Too many screaming kids, the restaurant could be split into 2 areas, one for adults only, the other area for families. Healthy 7 out of 10.”

“Bene, salvo la collocazione della stanza proprio nella parte più remota della struttura, vicina al mare , ma lontana dai servizi dell’hotel, con percorso lungo e in parte non servito da ascensore. Dopo tre giorni siamo riusciti ad avere un’altra camera un po’ più comoda. il cibo era molto variato e di ottima qualità. Prima colazione suprema. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile, anche nelle ore serali.”

“Slechte kamers die dringend gerenoveerd moeten worden, barsten in de muur, kierende, rottende deuren, geen afzuiging op badkamer, felle ledverlichting; looppaden en tuinen idem; overal ongezellig fel wit led verlichting; personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam; ontbijt en buffetten zeer uitgebreid en smaakvol; animatie was prima.”

“Terrible - they have overbooked and we were turned away late at night. However the reception staff were helpful although the alternative they found us was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and they did not pay the taxi fare which they said they would ”

“I’ve stayed here before, last summer and I feel the quality of the food has improved, especially the dinner. Location is great. Right by the beach and not too far from the airport. While not in disrepair, the hotel could do with a slight refurbishment. The spa was a nice touch but not all in working order. Steam room was out of order. Guest relations staff were amazing. Lionel paid attention to detail. He heard me mention it was my sister’s bday and when we came back from the spa, wine was……

“Lovely peaceful stay. A lovely large room near to the pool. Very friendly helpful staff, especially the lady on Reception who spent a long time finding me a book to read in English and suggested many local areas of interest for us to visit. ”

“Room in overall clean but not perfect , couch bed not comfortable never used . Staff was nice but long queue for checkin in. Breakfast intercontinental , pool bar was good !”
