“We had a lovely, comfortable stay here. The breakfast is the best we had in all of East Africa! Unfortunately, there was a construction site next to our room and it was quite noisy. Also, the bathroom lighting was so low you could barely see and the shower was handheld, so not easy to use”

“Amazing service, charming rooms, fantastic food. I went there after a gorilla trek and before hiking up Bisoke and they were fantastic. They helped arrange transport as well. Will absolutely be staying here again if I'm back in Musanze.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Tommy’s Budget Rooms. Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room, which had a broken shower and exposed electrical cables something that felt extremely unsafe. The bed was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant smell, and the towels provided were old and worn out. Loud music played until 4:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. When I approached the receptionist, he explained that he had no authority...

“I had a great time at Virunga Homestay, I initially only booked for a few nights but then stayed over a week. Francis is a very considerate, helpful, and accommodating host. The place is very clean, spacious and quiet. The homestay has good wifi and warm showers and the breakfast was wonderful, I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back. ”

"5 noches por turismo con mi hermana. Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Kigali, a pie de restaurantes, comercios, bancos, oficinas de líneas aéreas... En muy buen estado, limpio, agradable, cómodo. Bonita habitación, cama cómoda, buenas sábanas buena conexión wifi, balcón y muy buen desayuno a nivel de variedad y de calidad. Nos ha sorprendido la amabilidad del personal de recepción, del restaurante y de dirección, volcados en hacer lo posible por hacer que nuestra estancia fuese de nuestro agrado. Realmente admirable. Totalmente aconsejable. A very nice hotel in a great location in the center of Kigali. Confortable, very clean, very good breakfast, very kind and profesional staff.
