“The first night I was awakened by people yelling in a stairwell at midnight. they advertised this place as soundproof and it is not. then there's a new building going up next door to it and there's all this noise during the day from construction. The third night I woke up again to people yelling in the stairwell. I went downstairs after that and said can I please have a room higher up so it wouldn't be so noisy. they don't have it. they only rent out the apartments on the first floor. everything...

The pictures on the website were nothing like the apartment which was tired and needs updating. Owners had good communication and location is great as you can work to all major sights in Tirana and good local bars and food places nearby ”
