“The staff is kind and helpful. And location is very good, nearby has tram 28 bus station However the hotel facilities are old and heater temperatures was not enough, room was cold in winter. For the price and location are quite okay, but room clean is not good enough.”

“Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. Le personnel sympathique, la cuisine commune très pratique, épicerie à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Le métro est tout prêt. Sur une rue passante mais comme les chambres sont au 5e étage, ce n'est pas problématique. Seul petit bémol, on entend les portes des autres chambres et de l' entrée fermées.”

“Had such a unique experience at Garam Lisboa. It’s a cute boho chic guesthouse which is located close to public transportation. The staff were extremely helpful and made it such a welcoming and personalized experience. I would highly recommend this place. ”

Issue

"The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick."

"Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. "
