“Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled.
Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone……

“I admit that I misread the option because I thought I got a 2 bed room. However, the room had to be changed because there's no elevators. I couldn't do steps. When we walked into the room the thermostat was set at 80° and took quite awhile to cool down. Also, I didn't know prior to check-in that there would be $100 security deposit. Should be posted or stated when making the reservation.”
