"Welcome to the jungle and purda Vida. This hotel is nestled in the jungle which was so beautiful and has its own beach club. Walking on the resort you might run into a holler monkey, sloth and other local animals that appear friendly towards humans. The staff is so kind and they have many amenities. The room seemed a little outdated but not bad for that area. "This place was simply a paradise, they do everything they can to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one. I rarely want to return to a resort as my trips are more towards exploring, but this place needs to be enjoyed more than once. We stayed in a room with a private pool that surpassed our expectations, the room was well-equipped and the front desk accommodated any additional needs. The pool and the deep soak tub were an excellent way to end our day."

"This place was amazing.. the pictures Travelocity has doesnt do the place justice. The staff soooo friendly they go abvoe and beyond..not just one or two but all the staff. They have a turtle pond to see turtles and fish as well as frogs. Their cat oreo is so sweet and a fun addition for guests. We were able to see about 4 sloths on the property. The maintenence staff always kept an eye and then showed the guests where they were making the experience really nice. Not one problem w this...

"The rooms get poor WiFi service, the WiFi is free and strong everywhere else. Breakfast is good, option for eggs made to order, fruit, breads, rice and beans. Beach club food was ok, nothing great. The pool is clean and lovely, and you came beat the ocean view from the front. Walking to and from the main road was safe at night. The paths in the hotel could be better lit at night. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. However, it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and also an air conditioner since it can get very warm and the ceiling fan alone does not cool the room down. The staff and owners are super friendly and very attentive. We left very early in the morning and the lady working in the kitchen (I believe her name was Gira) offered to prepare us some sandwiches, which super nice of her. One negative was that things do not dry since its super humid outside...
