Bed and bath linens are NOT INCLUDED in the price. However, we offer an optional complete linen kit (bed linen, small and large bath towel) at a rate of €160 incl. tax per stay. Tablecloths, tea towels and bath mats are provided.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival. You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount. Full details and exact amounts will be provided after your booking.



Interaction with Guests:

A compulsory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the accommodation as they find it on their arrival (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards empty, no trace of apparent dirt, bins removed, etc.). , the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the accommodation, at the rate of 35€/hour The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by sms or email, with photo(s) and/or video(s) description of the advert for the price of the complete cleaning, or contact us directly. For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional 150€.
