“I had an awesome stay at the Mercure Hotel in Townsville! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organised. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help, which made the experience even better. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities. The pool area is a great bonus, ideal for unwinding, and the overall layout of the hotel……

“What a little gem. 3 of us in our 60s had a lovely relaxing week. Some attention to detail would have been helpful. The shower is over the bath which was very challenging for my husband after 2 knee surgeries and would have been good to know in advance. I enjoy a soak in a bath, but there was no plug. We couldn't find any scissors in the utensils drawer so opening food packaging was challenging. As I said, just little details. Location was great, lovely neighbours and we would happily stay……
