The house, located in the most emblematic area of the old town, is equipped with all the comforts, so you can enjoy the best rest. Just 130 m from the Plaza and the Church of La Virgen Del Consuelo, 260 m from the Palau de la Música and 750 m from the Paseo Marítimo.

In the historic center of Altea, a happy place full of romance. Full of little bars, luxurious restaurants and shops of the most varied.  
  
THE HOUSE:  
The house breathes joy. Its spectacular views give it spaciousness, light, sun and peace.  
It has two bedrooms, 1- with a 150cmx200 bed, 2- with two comfortable 80x190cm beds that can be converted into a 160cmx190 bed, both with views of the Sierra de Bernia and Ferrer mountains and the sea.  
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave and everything you need to cook as you like.  
You will find a bathroom with sink and shower and another bathroom with sink and toilet.  
In the living area, a large sofa next to the smart TV and the dining area, where you can work, eat or enjoy the views of the Mediterranean coast.  
The balcony allows you to delight in peaceful breakfasts, taking advantage of the first rays of the sun and the tranquility of being on a street forbidden to traffic.

In the historic center of Altea. A cheerful place full of romance. Full of barecitos, luxurious restaurants and shops of the most varied. The villa breathes joy. Its spectacular views give you spaciousness, light, sun and peace. It has a room with a bed of 150cmx200 and another with two comfortable beds of 80x190cm that can be converted into a bed of 160cmx190, both with views of the Sierra de Bernia and Ferrer and the sea. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and everything you need to cook at ease. You will find a bathroom with sink and shower and another bathroom with toilet and toilet. In the living area, a large sofa next to the smart TV and the dining area, where you can work, eat or enjoy the views of the Mediterranean coast. THE NEIGHBORHOOD:  
Next to the Consuelo Church, is the old town or old town, popularly known as El Fornet. It is considered one of the most beautiful areas in the city. It has numerous viewpoints, since it is located on top of a hill, cobbled streets and white houses adorned with flowers.
