“What a great place to stay as a couple or a group ! We will come back in May ”

“用了hotels两年了，一直很好，只有这次，真的让我感到很不舒服，这家酒店的硬件尚可，但是服务的感觉就像是噩梦，我在土耳其共19天，在这的这两个晚上让我明白了即使在这个善良的国度，也会有很不好的事发生，我们自驾从卡帕到这里冒着雨开了10多个小时，精疲力尽，此行除了我一个男人，其她是妇女，儿童，老人，我之前预订并付了款了，check in的时候，前台说没有我们的预订，后又说查过了第一晚是有的，第二晚没有付钱，但当我们入住后，非常恐怖的敲门声响起，那两位前台的工作人员告诉我第一晚他们也没收到预订网站的钱，让我们要不给钱，要不走人，我期间联系了hotels客服，也看到前台接到电话了，但是前台视乎不予理睬，期间那两位工作人员还打电话视乎是给他们的负责人，负责人态度更可怕，要不给钱，要不走人。虽然后来解决了此问题，当然也是我们主动询问的结果，这家酒店视乎也没有非常的重视此事，我想说，这家酒店非常非常不值得推荐。”

“Neden bu kadar yüksek puan anlayamadım . Saat 5 gibi otele girdik deniz yerine havuzu kullanmak istedik ancak çok pisti . Yemek yiyelim dedik sadece makarna yapabileceklerini söylediler . İşletme çalışıyorsa her döneminde aynı standartta hizmet vermeli . Veremiyorsa rezervasyon öncesi bilgilendirme yapılmalı. Konumu da iyi değil herseyden uzak. Oda güzel”

“We stayed one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. The drive up the mountain is beautiful and once you reach the location you immediately feel at peace. When we arrived we felt like we were visiting family. It was such a warm welcome. We had dinner and it was 10 out of 10. I have traveled a lot of places around the world and this was one of the best meals I have ever had. The bed was so comfy and I enjoyed the pine smell. “Villayı ilk biz kullanmış olabiliriz ya da o hissi bize verdi. Bayıldık, herşey tertemizdi, ferahtı. İşletmecisi çok kibardı ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yerdi.”

“ich habe einen Stern vergeben, da es 0 leider nicht gibt. Das gebuchte Zimmer für 1 Person stand nicht zur Verfügung. Stattdessen wurde ein Mehrbettzimmer angeboten in dem die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Das gesamte Gelände war nachts unbeleuchtet und es war lebensgefährlich, abends zum Parplatz zu gehen. Brüchige Treppenkanten und wild verlegte Wasserleitungen rundeten das Bild am. Ebenfalls lag eine Küchenspüle auf dem Zugang zum Zimmer. Der Hotelpool war voller Schlamm und alten Blättern……

“The staff is very nice and the view is great. The room is clean and tidy. There are two chairs on the balcony, where people can seat there, enjoy the wave sound, breeze, and sunset. Also after swimming, you can hang your stuff on the balcony to dry them. The hotel location is convenient. The beach is right in front of the hotel and there are many restaurants and some gift shops around the hotel. The hotel doesn't provide laundry service, but there is one laundry just 5 mins from the hotel.……

“The staff is so wonderful and we just loved our suite. It is conveniently located à few minutes from the beach and bicycle path that goes straight to Fethiye city center. The suite itself is modern and has a washing machine and dishwasher. Supermarket and outdoor markets are a short distance away. All this to say À HUGE THANK YOU to Besste and Mehmed in particular and we will be back. ”
