I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

Clean room Staff was amazing. I love my room. I had a swim up pool absolutely gorgeous and the food was amazing restaurant service amazing.Everything about the property was amazing 1010. Recommend and will return.

The beach was beautiful and there was a lot of variety in pools/ water activities for kids. The one thing I did not like is that the pools were only open from 10 AM to 6 PM and there were not a lot of evening activities for kids like I would’ve expected being a kid friendly resort. Overall, the staff was very friendly, but the resort really pushes their sales. It’s very commercial and people are always trying to upsell and push you to buy more of their vacation packages.

"Wonderful resort! Staff was excellent, rooms and property were clean. My only let down was the entertainment. Went with a group of 10. We are not major party people but the pools were very quiet. The entertainment was on the Dreams side and was geared to families. Not much to do after dinner."
