I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

Amazing resort, food, staff, and amenities in general

4th visit. Love the Suite (beachfront honeymoon private pool excellence club) games court, food is pretty good, staff is excellent!

We stayed for 2 weeks in May. The weather was excellent. The hotel had recently renovated the section where we stayed, so it felt clean and pleasant. The staff are amazing! They do their upmost to help and make your stay feel welcomed. Everyone is really friendly and polite. Our butler, Rafael, was the best!!! We had a few issues related to rooms and sargussum: Compared with other nearby resorts, where they clean twice a day and remove all seaweed, this hotel made minimal efforts. Some days there were mountains of seaweed with no cleanup crew in sight. Even when cleaning took place, significant amounts were left behind. We also had to change rooms multiple times. Our 1st room smelled strongly of fresh paint and immediately gave us headaches. We were moved, but the 2nd room developed problems (toilet not flushing, no hot water). 3rd room seemed perfect until we moved in and discovered it had been heavily sprayed with a chemical air freshener. The smell was so strong that we couldn't sleep and had to request another move. To the hotel's credit, the staff worked hard to resolve each issue, eventually upgrading us to a better room. However, spending four days moving between rooms was frustrating and took away valuable vacation time. If you're sensitive to fragrances, contact the hotel before arrival and request that no air fresheners or aromatherapy products be used in your room. We made this request in advance, but it was unfortunately overlooked.

Too many locals on day passes during the weekend. The snack bar food was the same everyday and it was gross besides the fries. The buffet was okay. The front desk staff try to scam you into upgrading to a room that you already upgraded and paid for. I will not stay there again.
