It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. "This place was beautiful. Quiet. Peaceful. All things you hope for on a vacation, even though there was a significant language barrier, I would absolutely stay here again! I did not like the fact that there was no blow dryer or iron in the room. And the pool side bar, was not open. Other than that, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and the food was good."

"Check in was difficult. Staff was not over friendly. We only needed a bed to sleep in and a shower before heading to the airport in the morning. There was no water to brush our teeth, flush the toilet or shower. It was a safe place to stay for the night though - wouldn’t stay again but it was good enough :)"

"Please update the photos because it wasn’t as shown on the booking also bathroom was horrible and no blanket or clean towels the room was super small no dressers and lamp and on top the Neighborhood was so horrible and feel unsafe we left the next day and went to a different hotel for the rest of our trip!"

"Had an excellent one night stay. Nice view of ocean and Catalina Island. Frank is a very good host and always attentive. Nice clean room with everything you need for your comfort. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with great conversations of life experiences with Frank. Would definitely stay again and enjoy a good wine next time.
