“Always great, best golf ressort in the world”

“Housekeeping was rude the bartenders and security were friendly and helpful. The property has beautiful views but that's where the good ends. Food options are nonexistent as only the buffet is open every day the so called restaurants that are included are not restaurants its seats by the water and only one open a day by reservations only. Sushi which is extra cost is open everyday but I never saw anyone there. Food was extremely salty and either undercooked or overcooked. Food truck is one……

“Room was relatively well maintained. Staff was wonderful. Special accolades go to Perforio for finding us dinner reservations when all restaurants were booked during the week we were there. Dominga immediately helped locate my phone charger that I had left in the room after receiving an upgrade with much grace and kindness. Waitress Maria-she was so full of joy and happiness. Simply a pleasure to be around. Waiter Fernando was incredibly cordial and friendly. We enjoyed his hospitality……

“The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again.”

“All the food was incredible, the beaches were clean and very nice, the bar staff was friendly and every other employee was also friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed.”

“The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall. However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, since the hotel is located right next to the street, it can be quite noisy, especially at night. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for convenience, but improving the water pressure and……
