"We couldn’t have been happier. The property manager, Deidre was great at communicating. Everything was the way she told us to expect. She always was quick to respond with an answer to any of our questions. We had a family group of nine and everyone loved the house. The house had a lot of character, it was big enough that we didn’t feel cramped, but it was also cozy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are in the area again."

"My stay was great at Stamford Marriott. We had a leak in our first room that required us to move. To compensate they put us in a junior suite. As well, they gave us gift cards for the Starbucks in the lobby. No matter what staff it was they were friendly, professional and helpful. Anton and his staff in the restaurant for breakfast each morning were exceptional. "

"Our stay with Linda was great. The property was just as described and was very clean and spacious. They provide everything you would need for your stay. Linda communicated with me from the days leading up to our stay and throughout our stay. The only one problem we had was the master bedroom A/C wasn't working on a very hot day. Linda came herself to look at the problem as soon as it was communicated with her, but unfortunately it was a sunday and couldn't get fixed before we left. Other than that, everyone had a great time and will be back again for future large gatherings."

"George was a wonderful host and so responsive with all my messages. The area was beautiful and my kids loved the fishing and kayaking. Every morning they woke up and went fishing and anytime we came back to the property, they went fishing and kayaking until it was too dark. There were so many adorable places amongst the property to sit and relax.The rooms had two king size beds, which was fine for them to share for the (2) nights we stayed. Everything was clean and fresh. If I’m ever in the area again, I would stay here."

"We enjoyed our stay. The dead end street was nice and the neighbors were all friendly. The area felt safe. You are within walking distance to great food spots and driving distance to downtown area. The only complaint I have is the TVs are outdated and should be updated. No one uses cable boxes anymore and the remote for that TV only turned the TV on but nothing else worked but the box. "

Olga (the host) has truly thought of everything. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a warm tour of the house, clearly proud of every detail — and rightly so. The home itself is beautiful, but it’s the way it’s cared for that makes it feel like a boutique hotel carved into the woods.We felt completely taken care of and blissed out. If you're looking for a quiet, stunning escape without sacrificing convenience, this is the one. We’ll absolutely be back."

"The property was awesome with great amenities and proximity to everything we wanted. I loved the multiple bathrooms, the Streaming TV service, and the bedroom options. The owner were incredibly easy to communicate with and were always answering our questions. There was some minor damage (from previous clients) to the inside of the home but we did report it with photos. The drive way is on a sever incline and and our large pick up actually slid down to the street before stopping. I went and bought some rock salt and resolved that issue but that is normal when it snows. I would stay at the property again no questions. We loved it and had a great time. Lloyd"

"Ideal property to host family during the holiday. Not too far from NYC for day trips. Would definitely recommend this property for Spring/Summer as well. Note: pool is not on property but available for community use. "

"Pre-stay communication was excellent, with our host contacting me with suggestions for outings (I asked). Our host met us, gave us a tour of the property - not just the living space but the grounds, too. The house is cozy, well thought out and has small touches like a deck of cards (in case you have a couple of minutes of downtime), a beautiful tea set with a variety of delicious teas to use. The house is thoughtfully decorated, the couch and bed are comfortable and there is plenty of space for two people. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and we look forward to future opportunities to visit. "
